Modern Deck - Kensington
This boxy Eichler needed a deck overhaul and while we were at it we gave the carport a modern upgrade as well. It's all in the details with the slim bench, cantilievered carport screen and a decorative slatted wall to hide the BBQ. The windows on the first floor were also replaced and the framing has been newly constructed to give the exterior a complete overhaul.
Double Decker - Orinda
Constant exposure to the elements caused this deck to wear drastically. With unbeatable views and a private yard, this deck needed to be re-built to allow for proper entertaining. The two level upper deck and hillside stairs leading to the pool deck made for tricky construction but it was all worth it in the end.
